We are pleased to announce that the following has joined the team of our law firm in Krakow legal adviser Tomasz Dyrdycki-Borowy.
Attorney Dyrdycki - Borowy is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University. For the last 20 years, he has gained experience working in the Team of Legal Advisers of the Krakow City Hall, where he provided services to, among others, the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning and the Board of Roads of the City of Krakow.
His areas of expertise include Planning and zoning law, construction law, as well as environmental law. He has extensive knowledge in handling the investment and construction process, including negotiating agreements and terms of traffic service for development investments with public road managers. He advises, among others, on integrated investment plans and urban planning agreements.
Attorney Tomasz Dyrdycki - Borowy also deals with the enforcement of claims for damages from public entities arising from the enactment of acts of local law, as well as from the unlawful exercise of public authority. He represents clients in proceedings before public administration bodies and administrative courts, as well as in civil litigation before common courts.
His experience and expertise will be a valuable support to our clients, particularly in complex construction investment cases.
