- copyright, know-how, trademarks, industrial designs and patents, including copyright protection, trading in copyright, licensing of works and other exclusive copyright;
- handling civil and criminal actions related to the protection of copyright, trademarks, industrial designs and patents;
- representing clients before the Polish Patent Office, administrative courts, the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM), the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the European Patent Office (EPO), the Court of Arbitration for Internet Domains at PIIT in Warsaw and the Arbitration Center and Mediation at WIPO in Geneva
