LEGAL ADVICE IN RESPECT OF:
- debt collection in court proceedings, including injunction and payment orders as well as out-of-court debt restructuring
- submitting claims in bankruptcy, reorganization and liquidation proceedings, drawing up bankruptcy petitions on behalf of creditors or debtors and further representation in the course of these proceedings, including acting as members of the Creditors' Boards
- trade in receivables, preparation of restructuring agreements, including in projects such as leaseback and refinancing of assets constituting financial support for restructuring processes
